Tog det korta 2,5 km elljussp\u00e5ret. Sprang f\u00f6rsta varvet och v\u00e4ntade sedan p\u00e5 min fru som f\u00e5tt s\u00e5 ont i kn\u00e4na att hon inte kan springa l\u00e4ngre. Sedan gick vi ett varv till tillsammans. Kanske inte supersmart att springa f\u00f6rst och g\u00e5 efter\u00e5t n\u00e4r det \u00e4r s\u00e5 pass kallt ute. Man blir varm och svettas och sedan fryser man. Borde nog gjort tv\u00e4rt om i st\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4ndes allm\u00e4nt tungt att springa i dag. Man borde ju k\u00e4nna sig stark tycker man n\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nat mer \u00e4n normalt f\u00f6rra veckan, men icke! Inbillar mig nog att jag har b\u00e4ttre kondition \u00e4n vad jag har ocks\u00e5. Jag har ju egentligen bara sprungit hela str\u00e4ckor n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 g\u00e5nger \u00e4ven om jag nu tr\u00e4nat regelbundet i ett halv\u00e5r. Ligger i zon 3 hela tiden n\u00e4r jag springer, vill g\u00e4rna komma ner i zon 2, men det g\u00e5r inte.<\/p>\n<p>Fortfarande ont i h\u00f6fterna ocks\u00e5, fast n\u00e5got annat \u00e4r v\u00e4l inte att f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta sig p\u00e5 s\u00e5 kort tid. \u00c4ter 3\u00a0kapslar\u00a0Litomove varje morgon, hoppas det hj\u00e4lper\u00a0om\u00a0n\u00e5gra veckor &#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hemma igen! \u00c5kte till Gr\u00e5bo idag.
