Valde 5:an i H\u00e4rskogen. Sprang f\u00f6rsta 2,5 km, gick sedan en km sprang utmed sj\u00f6n, gick uppf\u00f6r n\u00e4st sista backen och sprang sista backen.<\/p>\n<p>Kan konstatera att jag springer mer och mer nu. I b\u00f6rjan var det springa, g\u00e5, springa, g\u00e5, men nu springer jag st\u00f6rre delen. Tror faktiskt att jag b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre kondition, helt otroligt, det trodde jag aldrig!<\/p>\n<p>Har ett litet problem med pulsklockan och programmet jag anv\u00e4nder. Nu n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjat springa mer s\u00e5 \u00e5ker jag upp i zon 3 hela tiden. Klockan tycker att jag skall ta en &#8221;Recovery week&#8221; och har tyckt det i fyra veckor nu &#8211; t\u00e5kigt. Jag skall allts\u00e5 inte ligga i zon 3 enligt klocka utan mest i zon 2 och en del i zon 1. Jag har dock ingen lust att bara g\u00e5\/jogga, jag vill ju springa ocks\u00e5 &#8230; Kanske m\u00e5ste jag byta program i klockan &#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En liten s\u00f6ndagsrunda.
