Tungt! K\u00e4nns som jag har lagt p\u00e5 mig ett par kilo och tappar lite kondition sedan innan sommaren (vilket s\u00e4ker \u00e4r\u00a0alldeles\u00a0sant).<\/p>\n<p>I torsdags sprang jag Pr\u00e4sttj\u00e4rn. G\u00f6r inte ont i dom l\u00e4ngre. Konditionen \u00e4r fortfarande s\u00e5d\u00e4r och vikten \u00e4r lite f\u00f6r h\u00f6g. F\u00e5 b\u00f6rja jobba p\u00e5 de punkterna nu.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4lsenan \u00e4r fortfarande inte bra, men jag str\u00e4cker ut den varje morgon och sedan t\u00e4nker jag inte s\u00e5\u00a8mycket mer p\u00e5 det!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Det blev H\u00e4rskogen 5:an idag.
