Har h\u00e5llit ig\u00e5ng lite och sprungit Kilene, milen en g\u00e5ng, 5:an en g\u00e5ng och 2,5 en g\u00e5ng. N\u00e4r sprang jag 2,5 senast?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r anm\u00e4ld till Midnattsloppet nu i alla fall, skall bli kul, men \u00e4r tveksam till om jag kan sl\u00e5 min tid fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret, just nu finns det v\u00e4l inget som tyder p\u00e5 det!<\/p>\n<p>Mina Energy Boost skor har f\u00f6rsvunnit s\u00e5 det \u00e4r jag lite sur \u00f6ver ocks\u00e5, dom tyckte jag om \u00e4ven om jag inte anv\u00e4nt dem vid de senaste tillf\u00e4llena.<\/p>\n<p>Problemen med h\u00e4lsenan kvarst\u00e5r, k\u00f6r mina \u00f6vningar, har blivit en del av vardagen nu efter ett \u00e5r snart. Ont under f\u00f6tterna har jag inte s\u00e5 mycket, sommar \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r d\u00e5 byter man till andra skor eller g\u00e5r barfota.
