Det var verkligen som att sommaren tog tokslut i s\u00f6ndags. N\u00e5ja, skall bli lite g\u00f6tt att komma in i rutiner igen, typ springa &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Sprang en mil i m\u00e5ndags p\u00e5 morgonen innan jobbet (hur hurtigt l\u00e5ter inte det d\u00e5?), ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att styrketr\u00e4na. T\u00e4nkte att det kanske beh\u00f6vdes med tanke p\u00e5 att det \u00e4r Midnattsloppet i kv\u00e4ll. Det var lite tungt faktiskt.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nner mig inte riktigt i samma form som jag var f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret s\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r nog sv\u00e5rt att sp\u00f6a tiden p\u00e5 58 minuter, f\u00e5r nog \u00e4ven sv\u00e5rt att komma in under timmen, men f\u00e5r ge det ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nner ocks\u00e5 att en f\u00f6rkylning b\u00f6rjar komma, lite ont i kroppen och lite kli i halsen, inte superbra f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar med andra ord. Men vi h\u00e5ller tummarna f\u00f6r att h\u00f6sten blir lite b\u00e4ttre och s\u00e5 f\u00e5r jag bli lite flitigare p\u00e5 att blogga ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Fortfarande ont i h\u00e4lsenan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tillbaks p\u00e5 jobbet igen d\u00e5!
